5 Days Waterbuck trail safari tour itinerary

Day 1 Samburu National Park

Our safari driver guide will pick you from you city hotel in the morning and depart Nairobi driving northwards to Samburu Game Reserve via Mt. Kenya and Past Coffee plantations. Lunch and game drive en-route viewing the unusual reticulated giraffe, Grevys Zebra, Gerenuk and the Somali Ostrich, all of which are rare in other game parks. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge or similar.

Day 2 Lake Nakuru national park

After breakfast, leave Samburu with game drive en route. Drive past the northern tip of the Aberdares Mountains to descend into the Great Rift Valley where Nakuru is located, Lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Safari lodge. Game drive along the lake shore to see the abundant birdlife that Lake Nakuru is famous for. Among other animals to be seen on this day of your safari include black and white rhinos, Buffalo, leopards, waterbucks etc. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa lodge or similar

Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru and drive to Mara National reserve, game drives en route to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, enjoy a short siesta then proceed for game drive in Mara National Park. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge or similar

Day :  Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast leave for a full day game viewing in the Masai Mara national reserve with picnic lunch. Here you have the option of a balloon ride over the Masai Mara! (at extra cost). Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

Day 5 Nairobi

After an early morning game drive, depart for Nairobi arriving in the early evening

Our package for above arrangements includes:

• 3 bottles of mineral water per client per day while on safari

• Accommodation in the above mentioned lodge in standard rooms on full-board
