Day 1: Volcanoes National park

Early morning drive to Musanze passing through the beautiful magnificent hilly countryside which give Rwanda its stature as “a country of a thousand hills”. The drive to Musanze is 2-3hrs and are expected to be at the park headquarters at 08h00 for the official briefing by the park officials. After the briefing, proceed to start your trekking experience. This activity is the most unforgettable experience of a lifetime. After the trek, you may decide to relax at any preferred lodge or visit the local projects, go on walks in villages surrounding the park and interact with local people. Later in the afternoon, drive back to Kigali.
