3 Days Selous national park tour itinerary

Day 1: Selous game reserve

Early morning drive with picnic lunches to Selous game reserve which may take approx. 5-6 hours’ drive. You will arrive late afternoon at the reserve for a short siesta and an evening boat drive. Dinner and overnight at African safari camp or Jimbiza tented camp similar

Day 2: Selous game reserve

After early breakfast, collect picnic lunches and drive for morning game drive for full day experience for great animal sightings. The animals include the lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, zebras and all the other major species like hunting dogs and birds. Dinner and  overnight at the African safari camp or Jimbiza camp or similar.

Day 3: Dar es Salaam

You will leave early in the morning for a walking experience at Selous forest to learn more about birds, local people and nature. Return to the camp for breakfast and a short siesta. After breakfast, drive back to Dar es Salaam and transfer to your hotel or airport

Our package for above arrangements includes:

• 2 bottles of mineral water per client per day while on safari
• 1 safari hat per client
• 1 safari bag per client
• Transport in a 4 x 4 Landcruiser in Tanzania with pop-up roof for game viewing
•  Accommodation in the above lodges in standard rooms on full-board
